Well, I recently decided to postpone the hot and delicious coffee in the morning to mid-morning and start my day with a better and nutritional choice. It comes to fruit, just fruit and occasionally cereal with yogurt. I will attempt to stay in this statement and see if I can follow up, of course, on Saturdays or Sundays will have some egg with vegetable medley … something strong but nutritious. Ay ay ay .. all that is needed to lower cholesterol and also gradually lose weight, it is good for my health.

Well, I’m home and I started cooking, dinner is almost ready … 

Delicious chicken soup with potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, tomato, carrot and various seasoning, noodles, oh and of course water, lots of water and chicken!

Also, a good "picadillo criollo" with beef, chorizo (Spanish sausage) and ham ground. Preheated onion, garlic and peppers and then mix with meat, pepper, a pinch of salt, peas and tomato sauce … Wow … is a delicious thing!

The rest will be a little white rice, salad and a dressing I made passion fruit juice mixed with strawberry vinaigrette, olive oil and a splash of Balsamic to not let that sweet. Well, waiting for roommates to eat. Until tomorrow and … Bon Appetit!!
