Well, I recently decided to postpone the hot and delicious coffee in the morning to mid-morning and start my day with a better and nutritional choice. It comes to fruit, just fruit and occasionally cereal with yogurt. I will attempt to stay in this statement and see if I can follow up, of course, on Saturdays or Sundays will have some egg with vegetable medley … something strong but nutritious. Ay ay ay .. all that is needed to lower cholesterol and also gradually lose weight, it is good for my health.
Smoothie with strawberries, passion fruit and bananas.
